Empowering emerging artists to envision their future in theater!

On Broadway's Dream Connector Program bridges the gap between young artists' aspirations and real-world opportunities in the performing arts. Through this unique mentorship initiative, we give young adults the chance to connect directly with Broadway professionals, creative teams and arts organizations, gaining insight into the many paths that make up the theater and entertainment industry.

Participants engage in hands-on workshops, mentorship sessions, behind-the-scenes experiences, as well as exclusive tickets to New York Theater and performance opportunities.

The Dream Connector Program assists young people in building meaningful professional relationships, and take inspired steps toward their creative dreams.
