(Co-Chair) is a New York City based Stage Manager and Director, and is currently the Production Stage Manager for Beetlejuice on Broadway. He is the Director of the current North American Tour and Off-Broadway productions of The Play That Goes Wrong. As a Production Stage Manager, Matt helmed the Broadway productions of The Play That Goes Wrong, the Tony-winning revival of The Color Purple, Honeymoon in Vegas, and Rock of Ages, in addition to the the world premieres of A Walk on the Moon (A.C.T.), Up Here (La Jolla Playhouse), and Piece of My Heart: The Bert Berns Story (Off-Broadway). Other credits include Broadway Bares 2017, Broadway Backwards 6, 7 & 8, and over 12 production at Paper Mill Playhouse, including The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, Steel Magnolias, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Full Monty. Matt has served as the Production Supervisor for events with Target, David Stark Design, the Webby Awards, and for the AMC Upfronts. He was John Doyle’s Associate Director for the National Tour of the Tony winning revival of The Color Purple and also served as the Associate Director for the 2013-2014 National Tour of Rock of Ages. Matt staged productions of Oliver, Little Women and The Sound of Music at Bucks County Playhouse and has directed numerous concerts and staged readings in NYC. He is on the faculty at Columbia University and SUNY Purchase, and holds a BFA from Rutgers University.

Grove has also launched a commissioning program for new musicals in partnership with Barbara Whitman Productions, with 10 new musicals under commission.

is a global producer, talent manager and lawyer. He is currently producing American Son on Broadway starring Kerry Washington.
His next Broadway production will be Ain't Too Proud - The Life and Times of The Temptations. Rashad recently produced the world premiere of It Happened In Key West in London. He also produced True to the Heart, which won five awards at the Long Island International Film Expo. His short films, Hunger and Click, were official selections of the Urbanworld Film Festival, Hollywood Black Film Festival and Pan African Film Festival. Rashad is
currently developing a TV series with Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and Electus. A licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut, Rashad earned his JD and MBA degrees from The Ohio State University and BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
