 MATT DiCARLO 

(Co-Chair) is a New York City based Stage Manager and Director, and is currently the Production Stage Manager for Beetlejuice on Broadway.  He is the Director of the current North American Tour and Off-Broadway productions of The Play That Goes Wrong.  As a Production Stage Manager, Matt helmed the Broadway productions of The Play That Goes Wrong, the Tony-winning revival of The Color Purple, Honeymoon in Vegas, and Rock of Ages, in addition to the the world premieres of A Walk on the Moon (A.C.T.), Up Here (La Jolla Playhouse), and Piece of My Heart: The Bert Berns Story (Off-Broadway). Other credits include Broadway Bares 2017, Broadway Backwards 6, 7 & 8, and over 12 production at Paper Mill Playhouse, including The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, Steel Magnolias, Little Shop of Horrors, and The Full Monty. Matt has served as the Production Supervisor for events with Target, David Stark Design, the Webby Awards, and for the AMC Upfronts.  He was John Doyle’s Associate Director for the National Tour of the Tony winning revival of The Color Purple and also served as the Associate Director for the 2013-2014 National Tour of Rock of Ages.  Matt staged productions of Oliver, Little Women and The Sound of Music at Bucks County Playhouse and has directed numerous concerts and staged readings in NYC.  He is on the faculty at Columbia University and SUNY Purchase, and holds a BFA from Rutgers University. 

BETH WILLIAMS

(Co-Chair) is an owner and lead producer of Grove

Entertainment, a production company dedicated to developing, producing, presenting and investing in new work for stage and screen. Current and recent projects include Company (London), 

The Band’s Visit, Escape to Margaritaville, Angels in America 

(Broadway),Cats (Broadway and Upcoming Tour), An American in 

Paris (London), Heisenberg (London), On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan (Broadway and Tour), Present Laughter, Tuck Everlasting and An Act of God starring Sean Hayes, as well as the recent tours of The Sound of Music and Dirty Dancing. Upcoming projects include Diana (World Premiere at The La Jolla Playhouse February 2019) and a new play based on the life of Oscar Levant starring Sean Hayes.  Grove has also launched a commissioning program for new musicals in partnership with Barbara Whitman Productions, with 10 new musicals under commission. 

RASHAD V. CHAMBERS

is a global producer, talent manager and lawyer.  He is currently producing American Son on Broadway starring Kerry Washington.  

His next Broadway production will be  Ain't Too Proud - The Life and Times of The Temptations.   Rashad recently produced the world premiere of It Happened In Key West in London.  He also produced True to the Heart, which won five awards at the Long Island International Film Expo.  His short films, Hunger and Click, were official selections of the Urbanworld Film Festival, Hollywood Black Film Festival and Pan African Film Festival. Rashad is 

currently developing a TV series with Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and Electus. A licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut, Rashad earned his JD and MBA degrees from The Ohio State University and BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College.  He is the Founder and President of Esquire Entertainment. www.esquireentertainment.com

VAL DiFEBO

As CEO of Deutsch’s NY office, Val DiFebo has been a key architects of the agency’s continual success and leadership in the advertising industry since joining in 1992. Val’s vast experience includes brand building work on industry leaders including Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, IKEA, Procter & Gamble, ABInBev, PNC Bank, and Sherwin-Williams. Along with the Agency’s success, The Today Show, CNN, and other media outlets have all sought out her point of view, and she has been profiled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Fortune.  A trusted industry thought leader, Val is anything but shy when it comes to advocating for equality in the workplace. Her philanthropic involvement includes supporting early career playwrights and creative storytellers through her position on the Board of The Playwrights Realm, as well as Chairman of the Hearts of Gold Foundation, which assists at-risk mothers. Additionally, she is a board member of The ANA Educational Foundation (AEF), on the Board ofTrustees for Buckley Country Day School, as well as her alma mater, Williams College.

KELLY DEVINE

is a Choreographer whose work on both Come From Away and 

Rocky earned her Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations.  She was also the Associate Choreographer on the Tony Award Winning Jersey Boys.  Most recently, she was the Associate Choreographer on the Jimmy Buffet Musical: Escape to Margaritaville.  Additional credits include Choreographer Rock of Ages, Doctor Zhivago (Broadway). Off Broadway: Rock of Ages, Frankenstein, Anne E. Wrecksick, The Happy Embalmer.  Regional
